Qualifications: Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern also must have passed Hindi/English Shorthand Examination from any recognized Board of Shorthand & Typewriting at the Speed 80 words per minute and 01 year Diploma in Computers.

2. Stenographer Grade III

3. Steno Typist

4. Assistant Grade III (English)
Qualifications: Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern also must have passed Hindi/English Shorthand Examination from any recognized Board of Shorthand & Typewriting at the Speed 80 words per minute and 01 year Diploma in Computers.

5. Assistant Grade III
Qualifications: Graduate from any recognized University and also must have passed Hindi/English Typing Examination from any recognized Board and 01 year Diploma in Computers.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years (As on 01.01.2016)
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/- Per Month.
Application Fee:
Rs.600/- for each U.R. (Unreserved) Candidate and Rs.200/- for each candidate belonging to the Reserved Category. In addition to the Examination Fee, the Portal Charges, @ Rs. 200/- per candidate (payable to the MP Online) shall also be paid by the candidate directly to the MO Online or its Kiosk Holder.
