Post Details and Essential Qualifications
MPMRCL द्वारा कुल 4 पदों (1 Manager और 3 Assistant Manager) के लिए recruitment की जा रही है।
1. Assistant Manager (Domain-System/ Sub-Domain - Rolling Stock)
• No. of Post: 01
• Essential Qualification: Govt. recognized Institute/ University से Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication में B.E./B. Tech. की degree होनी चाहिए।
• Work Experience: Applicant के पास Metro/ Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)/High speed Rail organization या Indian railways या किसी PSU/PSE/Joint Venture/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Sector/Private Sector में Rolling Stock के contract management, installation, testing and commissioning और/या Operation & Maintenance का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
2. Manager OR Assistant Manager (Domain-System/ Sub-Domain - E&M)
• No. of Post: 02
• Essential Qualification: Govt Recognized University/ Institute से Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical या Equivalent में B.E./B.Tech. की degree.
• Work Experience: Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail organization या Indian Railways में Station/Depot E&M के contract management, installation, testing and commissioning में अनुभव अनिवार्य है। E&M works जैसे Wheel lathe/ Pit Jacks/ Shunter/ Cranes/ LT panels/ LT Cables & Cable trays/ Air-conditioning system/ LV distribution में अनुभव रखने वाले Applicants को preference दिया जा सकता है।
3. Assistant Manager (Domain- System/ Sub Domain - Telecommunications)
• No. of Post: 01
• Essential Qualification: Govt. recognized Institute/ University से Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics Instrumentation and Control/Instrumentation & Control/Instrumentation Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering में B.E./B. Tech. की degree।
• Work Experience: Metro/LRT/High-Speed Rail organization या Indian Railways या Airport या Telecom Sector में telecom system works के contract management, installation, testing and commissioning और/या Operation & Maintenance का अनुभव होना चाहिए। modern urban MRTS में Telecommunications system का अनुभव रखने वाले candidates को preference दिया जाएगा।
Tenure of Appointment and Pay Scale
Tenure Details:
• Deputation basis पर, initial tenure 3 years के लिए होगा, जिसे 5 years तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, या यह parent organization के terms & condition के अनुसार होगा।
• Contract basis पर, initial tenure 3 years के लिए होगा, जिसे 5 years तक या 60 years की आयु तक (जो भी पहले हो) बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
• Re-employment basis पर, initial tenure 1 year का होगा, जिसे वार्षिक आधार पर 5 years तक या 65 years की आयु तक (जो भी पहले हो) बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
Pay Scale and Grade (IDA):
• Manager (E-3 Grade): ₹60000-180000
• Assistant Manager (E-2 Grade): ₹50000-160000
• Deputation पर Pay उनके Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances के साथ होगा।
• Re-employment के लिए consolidated pay निर्धारित किया गया है:
▪ Manager के लिए (Level 10 से सेवानिवृत्त officers): ₹68300/- pm और अन्य लागू allowances।
▪ Assistant Manager के लिए (Level-8 (Group-B) से सेवानिवृत्त officers): ₹66000/- pm और अन्य लागू allowances।
Experience and Age Limit Conditions
Manager (E-3 Grade):
• Experience: Deputation/Contract और Re-employment दोनों के लिए, न्यूनतम 6 years post qualification experience आवश्यक है, जिसमें 3 years relevant field / sub domain में होना चाहिए।
• Present Pay Requirement (Deputation/Contract): Candidates को वर्तमान में IDA pay scale ₹60,000-180,000 या CDA Pay Matrix Level-10 (7th CPC) या उससे ऊपर में कार्यरत होना चाहिए, या Government Organisation में न्यूनतम ₹70,000/- per month का Consolidated pay होना चाहिए, या Private Sector में ₹1,60,000/- per month का CTC होना चाहिए।
• Age Limit: Contract के लिए अधिकतम 45 years है। Deputation के लिए अधिकतम 58 या 60 years (उनके संगठन की retirement age पर निर्भर)। Re-employment के लिए न्यूनतम 55 years और अधिकतम 63 years।
Assistant Manager (E-2 Grade):
• Experience: Deputation/Contract और Re-employment दोनों के लिए, न्यूनतम 3 years post qualification experience आवश्यक है, जिसमें 1 year relevant field / sub domain में होना चाहिए।
• Present Pay Requirement (Deputation/Contract): Candidates को वर्तमान में IDA pay scale ₹50,000-160000 या CDA Pay Matrix Level-08 (Group "B") (7th CPC) या उससे ऊपर में कार्यरत होना चाहिए। या Government Organisation में न्यूनतम ₹60,000/- per month का Consolidated pay, या Private Sector में ₹1,40,000/- per month का CTC होना चाहिए।
• Age Limit: Contract के लिए अधिकतम 45 years है। Re-employment के लिए न्यूनतम 55 years और अधिकतम 63 years।
General Conditions and Application Process
• Posting Location: चयनित candidates की posting भोपाल/Indore या MPMRCL के अन्य projects में, मध्य प्रदेश या बाहर कहीं भी हो सकती है।
• Age and Experience Cut-off: Experience & Age की गणना advertisement की closing date के अनुसार की जाएगी।
• Selection Process: केवल आवश्यक qualification और न्यूनतम experience रखने से interview/selection का अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता है। चयनित candidates को MPMRCL द्वारा निर्धारित medical standards के अनुसार medical examination के लिए भेजा जाएगा।
• How to Apply: इच्छुक और पात्र candidates को केवल online माध्यम से ही apply करना होगा।
