अधिसूचना के अनुसार, recruitment assistant engineer (grade-II), junior engineer (grade-III), poly chemist (या shift chemist) और office assistant (grade-III) जैसे positions के लिए है। इनमें mechanical, electrical और electronics disciplines के experts को preference दी जाएगी। कुल vacancies का ब्रेकडाउन इस प्रकार है: assistant engineers के 45 पद, junior engineers के 60, poly chemists के 10 और office assistants के 16। salary structure इन positions के लिए 19,500 से 1,77,500 रुपये तक monthly basic pay के साथ attractive benefits package प्रदान करेगा।
last date for submission
application process पूरी तरह online है और candidates को आधिकारिक website mppgcl.mp.gov.in या chayan.mponline.gov.in पर register करना होगा। registration 17 अक्टूबर से शुरू हो चुकी है और last date for submission 15 नवंबर 2025 तय की गई है। fee payment भी इसी deadline तक complete करना अनिवार्य है। general category के candidates के लिए application fee 1,200 रुपये है, जबकि SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), PwD और EWS category के लिए यह 600 रुपये रही।
eligibility criteria
eligibility criteria पद के अनुसार भिन्न हैं। assistant engineer positions के लिए B.E./B.Tech या AMIE degree in relevant engineering field आवश्यक है, साथ ही कुछ cases में prior experience की demand हो सकती है। junior engineer के लिए diploma holders apply कर सकते हैं। poly chemist role के लिए chemical engineering या M.Sc. (chemistry) qualification चाहिए, जबकि office assistant के लिए 12th pass के साथ computer proficiency (जैसे DCA या MP CPCT certification) जरूरी है। age limit minimum 18-21 years से maximum 40 years तक है, जिसमें reserved categories के लिए relaxation applicable है।
selection process
computer-based test (CBT) पर आधारित होगा, जिसमें 100 multiple-choice questions पूछे जाएंगे। इसके बाद document verification round होगा। कोई interview नहीं होने से process transparent और efficient रहेगा। exam centers मध्यप्रदेश के प्रमुख cities जैसे भोपाल, इंदौर आदि में arranged किए जाएंगे।
