नईदिल्ली। सीआईटीयू के आहवान पर 26 अक्टूबर 2016 के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ठेका व अन्य कर्मचारियों के हक में दिए गए ‘समान काम समान वेतन‘ के फैसले को लागू करवाने के लिए सैकडों की संख्या में केन्द्रीय, राज्य स्तरीय सरकारी एवं गैर सरकारी निजी कारखानों, संस्थानों के महिला, पुरूष मजदूरों-कर्मचारियों ने केन्द्रीय श्रम मंत्रालय, श्रम शक्ति भवन, नई दिल्ली के समक्ष जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया।
प्रदर्शनकारियों ने ‘समान काम समान वेतन‘ लागू करने में देरी क्यों, श्रम मंत्री जवाब दो, ठेका कर्मचारियों को उसी स्थान पर पक्का करों, स्थायी कामों के लिए ठेका लाईसेंस देना बंद करों इत्यादि जोर-शोर से गगन भेदी नारे लागाए। प्रदर्शन सभा में तब्दील हो गया। सभा की अध्यक्षता सीटू दिल्ली राज्य कमेटी के अध्यक्ष कामरेड वीरेन्द्र गौड ने की। प्रदर्शनकारियों को सी0आई0टी0यू0 के महामंत्री एवं सांसद तपन सेन ने सम्बोधित किया। उन्होनें कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आए 2 महिना बीत चुके हैं मगर केन्द्र सरकार सरमाएदारों व बड़े ठेकेदारों के साथ मिलकर इस फैसले को सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी में लागू करने के सम्बंध में कोई निर्देश जारी नहीं किए गए हैं। ये सरकार कारपोरेट परस्त है जो कि करोड़ों-करोड़ मजदूरों के शोषण में सहभागी है इसलिए यह मजदूर-विरोधी है। इसका मुकाबला एकताबद्ध मजदूर आंदोलन से ही किया जा सकता है।
सभा को एम. एल. मल्कोटिया ‘राष्ट्रीय कोषाध्यक्ष‘, अनुराग सक्सेना महामंत्री दिल्ली प्रदेश ने सम्बोधित किया। प्रदर्शन में इंदिरा गांधी एयरपोर्ट, डी.यू.,जे.एन.यू., आई.एल.बी.एस अस्पताल बसंत कुंज, कानकोर बदरपुर, आई.सी.डी.एस., दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, चाचा नेहरू अस्पताल, गीता कलोनी, जी.टी.बी अस्पताल, दिलशाद गार्डन, हेडगेवार अस्पताल, कड़कड़डूमा, सफाई कर्मचारी, डोमेस्टिक ब्रिडींग चेकर्स, होटल उद्योग, एस.डी.एम.सी, ई.डी.एम.सी., एन.डी.एम.सी, नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका, आई.आर.सी.टी.सी, सी.बी.एस.ई, निर्माण क्षेत्र, नोएडा आॅथोरिटी, सी.ई.एल. साहिबाबाद, कूपर स्टेंडर्ड, रेडियंट पोलिमर्स साहिबाबाद, टेरेक्स इंटरनेशनल नोएडा, सी.डब्ल्यू. सी. गाजीपुर, रेस क्लब, गऊशाला, स्कोप काम्पलेक्स, रेहड़ी-पटरी, आंगनवाड़ी इत्यादि के ठेका व अन्य कर्मचारियों ने बढ़ी संख्या में भागीदारी की व सभी सस्थानों से नेताओ ने सम्बोधित किया।
सी.आई.टी.यू अगले चरण में सभी संस्थानों, कारखानों के प्रबंधन को यूनियनों के माध्यम से सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को लागू करने के लिए नोटिस भेजेगी। सभी जगह धरना-प्रदर्शन का आयोजन करेगी। आने वाले दिनों में उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली के समक्ष भी हजारों की संख्या में ठेका कर्मचारी घेराव करेगें। इसके माध्यम से दिल्ली सरकार के अलग-अलग महकमों में ‘समान काम समान वेतन‘ की मांग उठायेगी।
Protest for Equal pay in front of the Labour Ministry in Delhi
On the call of CITU a massive protest was organized before the Central Labour Ministry, Govt. of India, Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi demanding implementation of the decision of 26th October 2016 given by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India regarding payment of wages to contractual & other employees who are performing duties on regular basis equivalent to the permanent employees including dearness allowance. Employees from Govt. & Private Sector, male & female participated in large numbers.
Protesters shouted slogans to implement the Supreme Court’s decision, regularization of jobs, cancellation of contractual license where ever there is perennial nature of work. etc.etc. The protest converted in to a meeting before the gate of labour Ministry, shram shakti bhawan. The meeting was presided over by Virender Gaur, President CITU Delhi. Tapan Sen National General Secretary CITU & Member of Parliament addressed the gathering. He said that the govt., capitalists & contractors are hand in glove because even after 2 month of the pronouncement of the decision the central Labour Ministry have not done anything to implement the court’s decision in Govt. Departments as well as private enterprises. This govt. is pro-corporate and is involved in the exploitation of crores of employees & that is why this govt. it anti-worker. This can only be fought by Unified actions / agitations from the workers trade unions. The meeting was also addressed by M.L. Malkotia, National Treasurer CITU, Anurag Saxena, General Secretary, CITU Delhi.
Protesters included employees from Indira Gandhi Airport, DU, JNU,ILBS Hospital, Vasant Kunj, Chacha Nehru Hospital, Geeta colony, GTB Hospital, Dilshad Garden , Hedgewar Hospital, Karkardooma, DJB, CONCORE, CWC, IRCTC, CBSE, ICDS, DBC-SDMC, EDMC, NDMC, New Delhi Municipal Council, Construction workers, Noida Authority, Terex International Noida, CEL Sahibabad, Cooper staradard, Radiant Polymers Sahibabad, Race Course, Gau Shala, Hotel, Vendors, Aganwadi etc-etc. One leader from all these addressed the gathering. Since the Labour Minister was out of the town for some meeting in Kolkatta Regional Labour Commissioner Shri Minkevan Dhurura received the memorandum on his behalf.
The CITU has decided to organize protest before all these institutions and submit notice demanding implementation of the decision of Supreme Court. CITU Delhi Shall also organize a Massive protest before LG, Govt. NCT of Delhi in the month of january 2017.
