We all phd holders did our phd before 2009. In mp for higher education dept mppsc has started recruitment process to fill up position of asstt prof. after 25 years. In this the eligibilty is NET SLET OR phd as per 2009 regulation. We all about 40 thousand phds of before 2009 were ineligible.
Sir but on demand of all us after struggle ugc has amended it regulation and notify new regulation 2016 in 4th may in rajyapatra of govt. Of india. According to this now we all are eligible for the asstt prof posts. But unfortunately mppsc disclosed its date to apply.
We contacted to mppsc ministers hed ps etc to entertaine us. If we get chance to appear in this exam we would have this first and last chance. As govt advertized this after a long time of 25 years.
