गौरतलब है कि यह 15वीं केंद्रीय शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा होने जा रही है, जो कि सीबीटी मोड (Computer Based Online) एग्जाम होगा। दिनांक 16 दिसंबर 2021 से 13 जनवरी 2022 तक चलेगा। एग्जाम कई सारी शिफ्ट में आयोजित होगा। सीबीएसई बोर्ड द्वारा प्रत्येक शिफ्ट में प्रश्न पत्रों के विभिन्न सेटों का उपयोग किया जाएगा।
इस परीक्षा के सभी हितधारकों (Stakeholders) को बताया जाता है कि यह सुनिश्चित करने के अथक प्रयास किए गए हैं कि प्रत्येक प्रश्न पत्र सेट में पाठ्यक्रम का कठिनाई स्तर और कवरेज तुलनीय बना रहे। इसके अलावा निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए बोर्ड प्रश्न पत्रों के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के कठिनाई स्तर में भी भिन्नताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्कोर सामान्यीकरण (Normalization) प्रक्रिया अपना सकता है।
इसके अलावा दूसरे पब्लिक नोटिस द्वारा यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि पीडब्ल्यूडी स्टूडेंट्स को लिखने के लिए एक मुंशी (Scribe) प्रदान किया जायेगा।

in reference to the caption mentioned on the Admit Card regarding instructions for other category of Persons with Bench Mark Disabilities at point No.1 Le, the provision of scribe can be allowed only on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write and scribe is essential to write examination on his/her behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer Civil Surgeon Medical Superintendent of a Goverment Health Care Institution as per Proforma at Appendix of Office Memorandum dated 29.08.2018 issued by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment it is to clarify that as per above Memorandum at page 2 point IV
"The facility of Scribe/ReaderLab Assistant should be allowed to any person with benchmark disability as defined under section 2(r) of the RPWD Act, 2016 and has
limitation in writing including that of speed if so desired by him/her. In case of persons with benchmark disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arm affected-BA) and cerebral palsy, the facility of scribe/readerfab
assistant shall be given, if so desired by the person In case of other category of persons with benchmark disabilities, the provision of scribe/reader/lab assistant can be allowed on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write, and scribe is essential to write examination on his behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government health care institution as per proforma at APPENDIX
I of the above-said Office Memorandum."
