2. Staff Selection Commission has re-conducted Skill Test of the aforesaid examination on 25.04.2023 and 26.04.2023. Before declaration of the final result, all the candidates who have appeared in the Skill Test would be required to submit Option-cum-Preference for post(s)/department(s) for which they would like to be considered for final selection in the above said examination. It is reiterated that for this purpose, a tab/link shall be provided on the login portal of such candidates and the tab/link would be activated for a period of a few days only, the information for which would also be notified on the website of SSC (Headquarters) and its Regional/ Sub-Regional Offices. Accordingly, all the candidates who have appeared in Skill Test are advised to keep a close watch on the website of the Commission for further updates in this regard and to mandatorily exercise their Option-cum-Preference through their respective 'Candidate Login' when the tab/link is activated so that their candidature can be considered for the final merit list /final selection in aforesaid examination.
3. The candidates should, therefore, visit the Commission's website as well as the website of their respective Regional Sub-Regional Offices from where they have appeared in Examinations regularly for updates on the activation of the tab/link. Candidates, who fail to exercise their Option-cum-Preference during the specified period, shall not be given any further opportunity for submission of their Option-cum-Preference and such candidates will not be considered for inclusion in the final merit list / final selection.
