Jobs Details: Mazagon Dock Limited Invited Application through Advertisement for filling up the Post of 753 Structural Fabricator, Composite Welder, Rigger, Fitter & Various Posts in various trades in Skilled & Semi-skilled grades for appointment on Contract Basis for Job Location Mumbai,Maharashtra,India. 1. Structural Fabricator
Qualifications: Passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognised by the Government and National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of “Structural Fitter / Fabricator”.
No of Post: 405 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years (Age as on 01.02.2015).
Pay Scale: Rs.7500/- Per Month.
2. Composite Welder
Qualifications: Passed VIII std and the National Apprenticeship Certificate examination passed in the trade of “Welder / Welder (G&E)”.
No of Post: 137 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years (Age as on 01.02.2015).
Pay Scale: Rs.7500/- Per Month.
3. Rigger
Qualifications: Passed VIII std and the National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination passed in the trade of “Rigger”.
No of Post: 137 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years (Age as on 01.02.2015).
Pay Scale: Rs.7500/- Per Month.
4. Fitter
Qualifications: Passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognised by the Government and must have passed the “National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination” in the trade of “Fitter”.
No of Post: 74 Posts.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years (Age as on 01.02.2015).
Pay Scale: Rs.7500/- Per Month.
Age relaxation :
SC/ST Category Candidates : 5 years
OBC (Non Creamy layer) Category Candidates : 3 years
Persons With Disabilities (PWD) Category Candidates : 10 years
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Processing Fees of Rs 100/- Mode of payment of Application fee by Challan to be deposited at any nearest branch of State Bank of India(SBI).Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD & Exservicemen category are exempted from paying the Processing Fee.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Personal Interview.
