इस Action Plan के मुख्य बिंदु निम्नलिखित हैं:
Infrastructure Development: उन schools को identify किया गया है जो building-less हैं या जिनकी classes दूसरे schools के buildings में operate हो रही हैं। इनके लिए जल्द ही building arrangements ensure किए जाएंगे। साथ ही, students की संख्या के अनुसार additional classrooms का construction भी किया जाएगा।
Monitoring and Quality: Schools में teachers की attendance का regular assessment किया जाएगा और education quality को बेहतर बनाने पर special focus रहेगा। सभी schools का regular inspection और Social Audit भी सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
Facilities and Hygiene: School buildings की painting, drinking water और basic facilities को ensure किया जाएगा। Students के लिए clean और useful toilets और classes में बेहतर Blackboards की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
Community Engagement: स्कूलों में Regular PTM (Parent-Teacher Meetings) आयोजित की जाएंगी। इसके अलावा, School के Alumni (पूर्व छात्रों) को जोड़कर facilities के development में सहयोग लिया जाएगा।
Safety and Environment: Weather की adverse conditions (जैसे वर्षा) से students की safety के लिए आवश्यक इंतजाम होंगे। School premises में unauthorized video recording या अन्य activities पर ban रहेगा। Mid-day meal की भी regular review की जाएगी।
इस Action Plan का मुख्य objective केवल infrastructure उपलब्ध कराना नहीं, बल्कि students को एक safe, clean और quality educational environment उपलब्ध कराना है। इससे पूरी School Education System को अधिक accountable और effective बनाया जाएगा।
